16 oysters 2.8 lbs
1 tbsp butter, unsalted 0.5 oz
1 tbsp canola oil 0.5 fl.oz
1 leeks 11 oz
1 tbsp gingerroot 0.5 oz
1 tsp turmeric 0.2 oz
1/2 cup white wine 4.2 fl.oz
1/2 cup chicken broth 4.2 fl.oz
8 mini-tomatoes (cherry, miniature or grape) 1/2 cup
1/2 tsp lime 1/4 lime
5 drops Tabasco sauce 0.1 fl.oz
1 tbsp fresh cilantro 0.1 oz
1 pinch salt [optional]
