The steaks must be marinated overnight. They can be cooked using either a broiler in the oven or an outdoor grill.

The were very tasty - 10 minutes is the perfect cooking time under the broiler for a nice med-rare juicy lamb chop. Mine were small so I marinated 4 chops. However,the marinade was pretty thick so i wasn't able to baste them while cooking.
