Ingredients

1/4 cup Alfred le fermier cheese, grated 0.8 oz
1.1 oz L'Empereur cheese, cut into 2 slices
1 tbsp cream 15% 0.5 fl.oz
1 tbsp pomegranate juice
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped 0.3 oz
1 pinch salt [optional]
ground pepper to taste [optional]
1/4 bunch arugula 0.7 oz
4 slices grilled pork tenderloin

Method

Bread chosen: white and whole-wheat loaf bread

  1. In a bowl, mix the fresh cream, pomegranate, walnuts, Alfred le fermier cheese, salt and pepper together.
  2. In a toaster, toast two slices of white bread and one slice of whole-wheat bread.
  3. Spread one slice of toasted white bread with the pomegranate mixture and top with arugula leaves. Cover with a slice of toasted whole-wheat bread. Place the pork tenderloin and L'Empereur cheese slices on top of the whole-wheat bread slice. Close the sandwich with the last slice of toasted white bread. Insert several toothpicks and cut into four pieces.
