Dilled Salmon

Ingredients

1.1 lb salmon fillet, skinless
3 tbsp lemon 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh dill, snipped 0.2 oz
1 tbsp mayonnaise 0.5 oz
1 tsp Dijon mustard 0.2 oz
ground pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place fish in a shallow dish.
  2. Combine lemon juice and 1 tbsp of the dill, and pour over the fish. Marinate at room temperature for ten minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the remaining dill, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. Set aside.
  4. Heat BBQ to medium heat. Place fish on the lightly greased rack over a drip pan. Cover and grill for 3 minutes. Turn fish; spread the mustard mixture on the fish. Cover and grill 2-6 minutes more or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
