1 cup rice puffs, or puffed millet 0.6 oz
1 tbsp walnuts, or almonds, chopped 0.3 oz
1 tsp flax seeds, ground 0.2 oz
1 cup almond beverage, unsweetened, fortified, for the cereals 8.7 fl.oz
1 slice gluten-free bread, toasted 1.6 oz
1/2 tbsp almond butter 0.3 oz
1 kiwis 3.2 oz

Method

  1. Put the puffed cereals in a bowl. Stir in the chopped almond or nuts and the ground flax seeds on top. Pour the milk over the cereals.
  2. Spread the almond butter on the toast.
  3. Serve with the kiwi.
