To my knowledge, oysters haven’t been the subject of any studies specifically. However, several studies do demonstrate the benefits of eating fish and seafood, especially due to the presence of omega-3 fatty acids. Moreover, oysters are rich in minerals, vitamin B-12, and low in calories. So, when it’s oyster season, I feast.
